    Tumbling Tots

    Ages 3-4

    Young movers will build coordination, strength, and confidence through age-appropriate skills. Tumblers will work on skills needed for forward rolls, backward rolls, beginning handstands, and cartwheels. The focus is on building strong foundations in a playful and supportive environment, helping little ones grow both physically and socially through movement!

    Attire: hair pulled away from the face. Leotard with shorts, biketard, or any clothing that is tight. bare feet.

    Creative Movement

    Ages 3-4

    A 45-minute introductory is centered around developing gross motor skills, coordination, and imagination through playful activities, music, and storytelling. It’s perfect for our youngest dancers who are just beginning to explore movement. Dancers will be introduced to the Elements of dance and to the BrainDance.

    Attire: Hair in a bun. Pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and a ballet leotard with a skirt of pink ballet dress.

  • Tap 1 dancer ready to perform

    Ballet/Jazz/Tap Combo

    Ages 5-6

    This fun-filled combo class introduces young dancers to the foundations of ballet, jazz, and tap. Dancers will build coordination, rhythm, and musicality while learning the basics of each style. Ballet focuses on grace, posture, and strength; jazz encourages energy, expression, and movement through upbeat music; and tap develops rhythm and timing with special shoes that create sounds by striking the floor. This class is perfect for dancers who love variety and are ready to explore multiple styles in an encouraging and structured environment.

    Attire: Ballet-pink ballet leotard, tights, and ballet shoes. Jazz—any comfortable clothing. Tap-any comfortable clothing along with tap shoes. Check our gently used bin for ballet, jazz, and tap shoes.

    Creative Dance

    Ages 5-6

    This 45 minute class still incorporates fun and creativity, but begins to introduce more structure and foundational technique from styles like ballet and jazz. It’s a great next step for dancers ready for a bit more challenge while still enjoying an imaginative and engaging environment. Dancers will build upon the Elements of Dance and to the BrainDance.

    Attire: Hair in a bun or in a ponytail. Pink tights, pink ballet shoes, and a ballet dress.

    Junior Hip Hop

    Ages 5-7

    This class introduces young dancers to foundational hip hop steps in a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment. The class features age-appropriate music and movements designed specifically for younger students to develop rhythm, coordination, and confidence while fostering a love for hip hop dance.

    Attire: Any clothing that is easy and comfortable to move in. Wear a clean pair of tennis shoes.

    Beginning Tumbling

    Ages 5-7

    This energetic 1-hour tumbling class helps young dancers build strength, flexibility, and coordination as they learn foundational tumbling skills. Students will focus on learning forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, and beginning bridges. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, body control, and confidence, all within a fun and encouraging atmosphere perfect for growing tumblers!

    Ballet Level 1

    Ages 6-18

    This class builds on foundational ballet training with a continued focus on proper body alignment, basic technique, and French terminology. Dancers will be introduced to barre work, center combinations, across-the-floor progressions, and basic allegro steps. Class placement is based on ability and readiness, not just age.

    Attire: Hair in a bun or in a ponytail. Pink tights, ballet shoes, black leotard. No skirts.

    Beginning Tumbling 8+

    Ages 8+

    This class is designed for older beginners who are just starting their tumbling journey. Students will build strength, flexibility, and coordination while learning foundational skills such as forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, round-offs, and beginning bridges. The focus is on proper technique, body control, and confidence in a supportive and fun environment tailored to help older beginners feel comfortable and motivated.

    Dance Exploration Level 1

    Ages 7-10

    This is an educational class where dancers learn how to create choreography using the elements of dance—space, time, energy, and shape. Through guided improvisation, group activities, and creative movement exercises, dancers will explore how to express emotions, tell stories, and build confidence in their unique artistic voice. This class nurtures imagination, collaboration, and a deeper understanding of dance as both an art form and a tool for communication.

    Attire—leggings/shorts and tank top/t-shirts. Hair in ponytail or out of the face. May be barefoot or wear ballet/jazz shoes.

    Hip Hop Level 1

    Ages 7-18

    Hip Hop 1 introduces dancers to the fundamentals of hip hop through fun, age-appropriate movement and music. Dancers will develop basic rhythm, coordination, and confidence while learning foundational steps and simple combinations. This high-energy class is perfect for kids who love to move and groove in a positive, upbeat environment.

    Attire: Any clothing that is easy and comfortable to move in. Wear a clean pair of tennis shoes.

    Jazz Level 1

    Ages 7-9

    This class will give students a basic grounding in jazz terminology and technique. The warm-up and progressions will use classic jazz technique to develop students' musicality, athleticism, alignment, and performance. This class is subject to the needs of the overall attendees of each class.

    Lyrical Level 1

    Ages 7-9

    This beginner lyrical dance class introduces young dancers to the basics of lyrical technique, which is a beautiful fusion of jazz and ballet styles. Dancers will focus on developing fluidity, musicality, and emotional expression through simple choreography. Emphasis is placed on body alignment, flexibility, and connecting movements to music in a fun and encouraging environment.

    Attire: hair pulled up in ponytail or out of the face. Wear leotard, bike shorts, leggings, tank top, t-shirts.

    Ballet Level 2

    Ages 10 & up

    Dancers continue building strength, control, and flexibility, with an emphasis on leg extension, footwork, and refined technique. The class includes more advanced barre exercises, center combinations, port de bras, and develops musicality and expression. Dancers in this level are committed to progressing their ballet skills and may be evaluated for placement in a pre-pointe class.

    Attire: Hair in a bun or in a ponytail. Pink tights, ballet shoes, black leotard. No skirts.

    Dance Exploration Level 2

    Ages 10+

    This class builds on the foundational concepts from Level 1 by encouraging dancers to dive deeper into choreography, improvisation, and performance quality. Dancers will explore more complex applications of the elements of dance—space, time, energy, and shape—while developing their own movement vocabulary. This educational class challenges students to analyze music, collaborate with peers, and refine their creative choices as they craft original pieces. Perfect for dancers who are ready to take their creativity and artistic voice to the next level.

    Attire: leggings/shorts and tank top/t-shirts. Hair in ponytail or out of the face. May be barefoot or wear ballet/contemporary shoes.

    Jazz Level 2

    Ages 10 & up

    This class expands on foundational jazz technique with an increased focus on strength, flexibility, coordination, and musicality. Dancers will continue to develop terminology and refine their execution through longer progressions and more complex choreography. Emphasis is placed on performance quality, stylization, and versatility across jazz styles. Class content will adapt to meet the overall needs and skill level of the group.

    Hip Hop Level 2

    Ages 7-18

    Hip Hop 2 builds on the foundation of basic hip hop by introducing more complex combinations, sharper movements, and an increased focus on performance and musicality. Dancers will continue to grow their coordination, rhythm, and confidence in a high-energy environment that uses clean, age-appropriate music and movement. Class structure and pace may vary depending on the overall skill level of the group.

    Attire: Any clothing that is easy and comfortable to move in. Wear a clean pair of tennis shoes. Description goes here

    Ballet Level 3

    Ages 12 & up

    This class serves as a pre-pointe/pointe level for dancers who have demonstrated strong technique, especially in the feet and ankles. Students are expected to self-correct and consistently apply feedback. Classwork includes increased difficulty at the barre, more complex center combinations, and a stronger emphasis on allegro. Dancers continue developing the strength, precision, and artistry required for pointe work.

    Lyrical Level 2

    Ages 10+

    In this class, dancers build on foundational skills by deepening their understanding of the fusion between jazz and ballet technique. The focus is on enhancing fluidity, control, and emotional expression while learning more complex choreography. Students work on improving strength, flexibility, and musical interpretation in a supportive and inspiring environment.

    Jazz Level 3

    Ages 10+

    Jazz 3 is an advanced-level class for dancers with a strong technical foundation and a serious commitment to growth. This class challenges dancers with intricate progressions, dynamic choreography, and stylized movement that pushes performance quality, precision, and stamina. Emphasis is placed on advanced technique, musical interpretation, and versatility across jazz substyles. Dancers are expected to apply corrections independently and demonstrate maturity in both their artistry and work ethic.

    Attire: Hair pulled away from your face. Leggings, tank top, shorts, leotards.

    Intermediate Tumbling 8+

    Ages 8+

    This class is designed for dancers who have mastered basic tumbling skills and are ready to advance. Over the course of the hour, students will refine their technique and build strength while learning more complex skills such as handstands into forward rolls, solid cartwheels and roundoffs, back walk overs, front walk overs, back handsprings, front handsprings, and an increase in flexibility and strengthening. Focus is placed on safe progressions, flexibility, and control to help tumblers reach their full potential in a supportive environment.

    Company Class

    Ages 12-18

    Are you passionate about dance and making a difference? Our Company Program is for dancers who take their technique seriously and want to grow both as performers and people. Open to all levels, Company dancers serve as leaders and role models, participate in community events, and commit to extra training and service projects. It's about more than just dancing—it's about becoming your best self on and off the stage.
