NASCAR
Performance
Elements Dance Academy has teamed up with NASCAR on Sunday, September 28, 2025 to perform on the Group Performance Stage prior to the NASCAR Cup Playoff Series Race - and we want you to join.
Performers, family, and friends are welcome to join us here at Kansas Speedway with the purchase of a $45 Grandstand ticket per person to enjoy the performance by First City Dance Center and watch the NASCAR race.

COMPANY CAMP: August 4th-8th
EDA OPEN HOUSE: August 9th, Noon to 3pm
FALL SESSION BEGINS: August 11th, 2025
APRIL 1ST: May Tickets go on sale (9am)
APRIL 20TH-24TH: Handing out costumes in regular classes
APRIL 27TH-MAY 1ST: Recital pictures in regular classes and run through of dances
MAY 4TH-8TH: Group rehearsals at the studio
MAY 2026: May Recital—TENTATIVE DATE
NO CLASSES WILL BE HELD ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS:
FEDERAL HOLIDAYS: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veteran’s Day
THANKSGIVINIG BREAK: November 24th-28th, 2025
CHRISTMAS BREAK: December 22nd-January 2nd (Classes resume January 5th, 2026)
HALLOWEEN: October 31, 2025
SPRING BREAK: March 30th-April 3rd, 2026
**EDA will remain open during school in-service days, parent/teacher conferences, teacher work days, etc. We follow the Platte County District school calendar for most dates.
